Installation Procedure
2005 Saturn Relay AWDSECTION Installation Procedure
- Install the PCM electrical connectors (4).
- Install the PCM (2) into the air cleaner assembly (3).
- Install the air cleaner assembly cover (1).
- Install the air cleaner assembly cover screws.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
- Install the left sheet metal diagonal brace. Refer to Brace Replacement - Sheet Metal Diagonal (Chevrolet) or Brace Replacement - Sheet Metal Diagonal (Pontiac) or Brace Replacement - Sheet Metal Diagonal (Buick) in Body Front End.
- Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure in Engine Electrical.
- If a new PCM is being installed, program the EEPROM. Refer to Control Module References in Computer/Integrating Systems.

When to See a Mechanic
