Installation Procedure
2005 Saturn Relay AWDSECTION Installation Procedure
- Install the air cleaner.
- Install the air cleaner bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the air cleaner bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Install the PCM and the wiring harness to the air cleaner.
- Install the air cleaner side cover and element. Refer to Air Cleaner Element Replacement .
- Install the air cleaner upper cover and the upper cover bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the air cleaner upper cover bolts to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
- Install the left front sheet metal diagonal brace. Refer to Brace Replacement - Sheet Metal Diagonal (Chevrolet) or Brace Replacement - Sheet Metal Diagonal (Pontiac) or Brace Replacement - Sheet Metal Diagonal (Buick) in Body Front End.
- Install the coolant reservoir. Refer to Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement in Engine Cooling.
- Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure in Engine Electrical.
