Intermediate Pipe (Service Replacement): Installation
- Position service intermediate pipe under vehicle.
- Slide outlet end of intermediate pipe over remaining section of muffler inlet pipe.
- Install new gasket at outlet of catalytic converter.
- Install intermediate pipe to converter outlet using three fasteners.
Torque:Β
Intermediate Pipe-to-Converter Nuts: 25 N.m (19 ft-lbs)Β
- Install rubber isolator to hanger rod on intermediate pipe.
