Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) allows driver to stop in shortest distance while maintaining steering control. System consists of 2 subsystems: a conventional master cylinder/booster assembly with front and rear brakes, and an anti-lock control system. Major components of ABS control system include 4 wheel speed sensors, a motor pack assembly, a modulator assembly, 2 solenoid valves, ABS module, and interconnecting wiring.
