Changing Automatic Door Lock/Unlock Operation Mode: Notes
Personalized automatic door lock functions are available through the Driver's Information Center (DIC) display functions. Press OPTIONS button until desired option is indicated on DIC. See Figure . To set individual functions within the options, see appropriate AUTO LOCK procedure. After selecting desired option and function, press OPTIONS button until the DIC is blank.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
- • You smell fuel, burning insulation, or see smoke.
- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
- • The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.
- • You are missing required tools, torque specs, or safe lifting equipment.
