Transmitter is in range when located to either side of vehicle or behind vehicle within 60-100 ft. of vehicle. See Fig 1 . Operational range varies with orientation of transmitter. As useful battery life decreases, so will operational range of transmitter. Replace transmitter battery when operational range has severely decreased.
