2000 Saturn LS L4-2.2L VIN FSECTION HVAC Control Head
REMOVAL




1. Disable SIR. (Refer to "Disabling SIR" procedure)
2. Remove radio bezel trim plate.




3. Remove radio-to-I/P screws.




4. Remove radio electrical and antenna connectors and remove radio.




5. Remove control head-to-I/P screws.




6. Rotate front of control head upward and toward front of vehicle to gain access to bottom of control head.
7. Remove electrical connectors from control head.




8. Rotate temperature knob to full hot position.
9. Rotate control head downward and release temperature cable flag by pushing tab forward and pushing down on the cable at the same time.
10. Remove temperature cable eyelet from drive pin by squeezing drive pin together.
