Passive Restraint Control Module (PRCM)
Check for damaged or corroded terminals or connectors. Check terminals for tightness. If wires, switches, connectors/terminals, or mechanisms are not at fault, the PRCM must be damaged. This is located under the center console between the front seats.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:

- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
- • The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.
