HVAC Control Module Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement (Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement).
2. Remove the HVAC control module screws.
3. Remove the HVAC control module from the I/P.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the HVAC control module.
Installation Procedure
1. Connect the electrical connectors to the HVAC control module.
2. Install the HVAC control module into the I/P.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).
3. Install the HVAC control module screws and tighten to 1.9 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
4. Install the I/P accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement (Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement).
