Removal Procedure
- Remove the console shift lever bezel. Refer to Console Shift Lever Bezel Replacement .
- Remove the ignition switch and lock cylinder assembly from the console to gain access to the lock cylinder. Refer to Ignition and Start Switch Replacement .
- Remove the bracket from the assembly.
- Remove the ignition cylinder using the following steps:
- Install the key into the key cylinder.
- Turn the key to the Accessory position.
- Push the locking tab (1).
- Pull up on the key.
