Clearing Codes
- To erase codes, turn jumper switch to ON position. After about 2.5 seconds, CHECK ENGINE light will flash 3 times quickly. Immediately after third flash, turn jumper switch to OFF position.
- Some faults can be classified as adaptation faults. Once fault is corrected, codes generated may not be erased until system re-adapts to new running conditions. See PROGRAMMING ECU .

When to See a Mechanic

- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
- • The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.
- • You are missing required tools, torque specs, or safe lifting equipment.
