  1. Remove No. 14 fuse (fuel pump). Remove ignition cartridge and spark plugs. Install spark plugs in ignition cartridge. Using jumper wires, connect negative electrodes of spark plugs together and ground jumper wires.
  2. With ignition key, crank engine and observe tachometer. Needle of tachometer should hunt. Ensure there is spark at all spark plugs. Release ignition key to RUN position for approximately 5 seconds. Ensure tachometer needle hunts and multiple sparks at spark plugs are observed.
