CAN drive
The PSM control module exchanges data with the following components:
- Steering-angle sensor (in steering column switch)
- Airbag control module
- DME control module
- Tiptronic control unit
- Instrument cluster
- Level control module
- Transverse lock control unit
- Transfer box control unit
NOTE:
Data transfer via CAN data bus and the EBD function (electronic brake distributor) are guaranteed when the voltage at terminal 30 is more than '8.5 V'. The PSM control unit sends brake data via the CAN drive. A non-coded PSM control module does not send any brake data via the CAN drive.
