2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GTPFACTORY OEM SERVICE PROCEDURE
Installation Procedure
- If removed, install the clamps to the air cleaner intake duct.
- Install the MAF/IAT sensor to the air cleaner intake duct.
- Install the air cleaner intake duct to the throttle body and the air cleaner cover.
Tighten: Tighten the duct clamps to 3 N.m (27 lb in).
- Connect the PCV tube.
- Connect the MAF/IAT sensor electrical connector (2).
- Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (L26) or Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (L32) in Engine Mechanical - 3.8L.
