TBI system has 2 major sub-systems: electro-mechanical fuel delivery system and electronic air/fuel control system. Fuel delivery system includes electric fuel pump, fuel pump relay and Throttle Body Injector (TBI) assembly. Air/fuel control system includes Electronic Control Module (ECM), Electronic Spark Timing (EST) System, Idle Air Control (IAC) System, data sensors and emission controls. ECM uses information received from sensors to control air/fuel ratio and emission devices.
