DTCs	Description	Perform Test
B1318	Low Ignition Voltage During Speed Control Operation	Go to Pinpoint Test K .
B1342	ECU is Defective	CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. If DTC B1342 is retrieved again, INSTALL a new speed control actuator. REFER to Speed Control Actuator . CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test.
C1109	Throttle Did Not Return To Idle After Self-Test	Go to Pinpoint Test J .
C1126	Command Switch Stuck For 2 Minutes Or Longer	Go to Pinpoint Test G .
C1127	Deactivator Switch Stuck Open	If the vehicle is equipped with stability assist, go to Pinpoint Test H . If the vehicle is not equipped with stability assist, go to Pinpoint Test I .
C1179	Excessive Cable Slack In The Speed Control Cable	Go to Pinpoint Test J .
U1027	Missing or Invalid Throttle Message	Go to Pinpoint Test L .
U1041	Missing or Invalid Vehicle Speed Message	Go to Pinpoint Test L .
U1051	Missing or Invalid Brake Message	Go to Pinpoint Test L .
U1059	Missing or Invalid PRNDL Message	Go to Pinpoint Test L .

When to See a Mechanic

Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:

• You smell fuel, burning insulation, or see smoke.

• Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.

• The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.

• You are missing required tools, torque specs, or safe lifting equipment.

• You are not confident in the next step or safety outcome.
