- Turn ignition off. Disconnect power window master switch. See POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCHΒ under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Using ohmmeter, check resistance between ground and power window master switch connector Black wire. See WIRING DIAGRAMΒ . If resistance is less than 5 ohms and problem is with left door window, go to next step. If resistance is less than 5 ohms and problem is with right door window, go to step 5). If resistance is greater than 5 ohms, repair Black wire.
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect power window master switch and left door window motor. Using ohmmeter, check resistance of Blue/Red wire and Purple wire between master switch harness connector and left door motor harness connector. Resistance should be less than 5 ohms. Check resistance between ground and master switch harness connector Blue/Red and Purple wires. Resistance should be greater than 10 k/ohms. If resistance is as specified, go to next step. If resistance is not as specified, repair wire(s) in question.
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect right door window switch. See SINGLE POWER WINDOW SWITCHΒ under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Turn ignition on. Using voltmeter, check voltage between ground and right door window switch harness connector Orange/Black wire. If voltage is greater than 10 volts, go to next step. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair Orange/Black wire. See WIRING DIAGRAMΒ .
- Check right door window switch operation. See SINGLE POWER WINDOW SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTINGΒ . If switch is defective, replace switch. If switch is okay, go to next step.
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect power window master switch and right door window switch. Using ohmmeter, check resistance of Light Green/Black wire and Orange/Blue wire between master switch harness connector and right door window switch harness connector. Resistance should be less than 5 ohms. Check resistance between ground and master switch harness connector Light Green/Black and Orange/Blue wires. Resistance should be greater than 10 k/ohms. If resistance is as specified, go to next step. If resistance is not as specified, repair wire(s) in question. See WIRING DIAGRAMΒ .
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect right door window switch and right door window motor connectors. Using ohmmeter, check resistance of Blue/Orange wire and Blue/Yellow wire between right door window switch connector and right door window motor connector. See WIRING DIAGRAMΒ . Resistance should be less than 5 ohms. Check resistance between ground and right door window switch connector Blue/Orange and Blue/Yellow wires. Resistance should be greater than 10 k/ohms. If resistance is as specified, replace right door window motor. If resistance is not as specified, repair wire in question.
