Front Accessory Socket Inspection
2023 Mazda CX-5 SSECTION Front Accessory Socket Inspection
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
- Remove the following parts:
- Console side panel (See CONSOLE SIDE PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Switch panel (See SWITCH PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Selector lever knob (See SELECTOR LEVER COMPONENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Shift panel (See SHIFT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Front accessory socket (See FRONT ACCESSORY SOCKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Connect the tester probe to the position shown in the figure and verify that there is continuity.
- If it cannot be verified, replace the front accessory socket. (See FRONT ACCESSORY SOCKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
