DTC U3000:04 [360°VIEW MONITOR CONTROL MODULE] DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

Step	Inspection	Results	Action
1	INSPECT 360°VIEW MONITOR CONTROL MODULE FOR MALFUNCTION Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC .) Perform the DTC inspection for the 360°view monitor control module. (See DTC INSPECTION .) Is the same Pending DTC present?	Yes	Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW (US) .) If the CAN communication is normal, replace the 360°view monitor control module and perform the repair completion verification. (See 360°VIEW MONITOR CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (US) .)
1		No	Go to the next step.
Repair completion verification	VERIFY IF OTHER DTC IS DISPLAYED Perform the DTC inspection. (See DTC INSPECTION .) Are any other DTCs displayed?	Yes	Repair the malfunctioning location according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting.
Repair completion verification		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.

When to See a Mechanic

Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:

• You smell fuel, burning insulation, or see smoke.

• Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.

• The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.

• You are missing required tools, torque specs, or safe lifting equipment.

• You are not confident in the next step or safety outcome.
