4 Inspect the clock switch.
  • Verify the resistance between H switch terminals. (See CLOCK SWITCH INSPECTION .)
  • Can the resistance be measured?
 Yes
  • Replace the information display.
No
  • Inspect for an open or short circuit in the clock switch related wiring harness, poor connection or terminal disconnection of the connector.
  • If there is any malfunction, repair or replace the malfunctioning location.
Clock switch input signal 5 Inspect the clock switch.
  • Verify the resistance between M switch terminals. (See CLOCK SWITCH INSPECTION .)
  • Can the resistance be measured?
 Yes
  • Replace the information display.
No
  • Inspect for an open or short circuit in the clock switch related wiring harness, poor connection or terminal disconnection of the connector.
  • If there is any malfunction, repair or replace the malfunctioning location.
6 Inspect the clock switch.
  • Verify the resistance between: 00 switch terminals. (See CLOCK SWITCH INSPECTION .)
  • Can the resistance be measured?
 Yes
  • Replace the information display.
No
  • Inspect for an open or short circuit in the clock switch related wiring harness, poor connection or terminal disconnection of the connector.
  • If there is any malfunction, repair or replace the malfunctioning location.
