CAUTION:
- When replacing the BCM, the configuration procedure must be performed before removing the BCM. Replacing the BCM without performing the configuration procedure will result in system malfunction.
- Perform the BCM configuration when replacing it. (See BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) CONFIGURATIONΒ ).
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the dashboard under cover. (See DASHBOARD UNDER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
- Remove the glove compartment. (See GLOVE COMPARTMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
- Disconnect the connectors at the position shown in the figure.
- Remove the nuts.
