2005 Mazda B4000 Base, StandardFACTORY OEM SERVICE PROCEDURE

Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor Removal/Installation - 3.0L

Disconnect negative battery cable.
Disconnect the connector the camshaft position (CMP) sensor electrical connector.

Remove the screws and the CMP sensor.

Install in reverse order of removal.
Tightening torque

2.5-3.5 N-m { 26-36 kgf.cm, 23-30 in.lbf }
