2003 Mazda B2300 SEFACTORY OEM SERVICE PROCEDURE

Windshield Removal Note

NOTE:

Lubricate the urethane seal with water to assist cutting the urethane seal.

Use knife to cut the urethane from the windshield.

Insert the knife blade into the urethane at the middle of the top of the windshield and work to the bottom corners.
Trim the excess urethane from the outside edge of the windshield.
NOTE:
- Removing the windshield requires more than one technician.
Carefully remove the windshield.
Trim the remaining urethane on the pinch weld. The existing urethane surface should be smooth and free from cuts and contamination.
