- Connect voltmeter probes to throttle positioner 3-way solenoid electrical terminals without disconnecting electrical connector. Start engine and increase engine speed to 2000 RPM.
- Slowly decrease engine speed and note speed at which current flows to circuit. Engine speed should be 1400-1900 RPM.
