Steering Angle Sensor: Removal
- FOLLOW PRECAUTION
- Follow the PRECAUTION .
- SET RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY TO SHIPMENT MODE (See REMOVAL )
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
- PLACE FRONT WHEELS FACING STRAIGHT AHEAD
- REMOVE SWITCH AND VOLUME CASE
- REMOVE STEERING PAD SWITCH MODULATOR
- REMOVE STEERING PAD ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
- REMOVE STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE SPIRAL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE STEERING SENSOR
