2005 Lexus ES 330FACTORY OEM SERVICE PROCEDURE
Front Acceleration Sensor: Replacement
- REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (See REPLACEMENT )
- REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSY NO.1 (See REPLACEMENT )
- REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSY LOWER (See REPLACEMENT )
- REMOVE ACCELERATION SENSOR ASSY
- Disconnect the acceleration sensor connector.
- Remove the nut and acceleration sensor from the instrument panel reinforcement.
- INSTALL ACCELERATION SENSOR ASSY
- Install the acceleration sensor with the nut.
- Torque: 7.8 N.m (80 kgf.cm, 69 in..lbf)
- Connect the acceleration sensor connector.
- Install the acceleration sensor with the nut.
