1998 Lexus GS 300SECTION Warning Occupant Detection Sensor

Disconnect passenger seat belt warning occupant detection sensor 2-pin connector (located under passenger seat). Using an ohmmeter, check resistance between sensor connector terminals. Continuity should exist while pressing on sensor. Continuity should not exist while not pressing sensor. If continuity is not as specified, replace warning occupant detection sensor and retest system operation.
