- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the main crash pad assembly.
(Refer to Body - "MAIN CRASH PAD ASSEMBLY ")
- Loosen the mounting bolts and nut from the smart key unit bracket.
- Remove the smart key unit (B) after disconnecting the connector (A) from the smart key unit.
