Repair Procedures: Removal

2015 Kia Sedona SXLSECTION Removal
  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

    (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")

  3. Remove the battery tray.

    (Refer to Engine Electrical System - "BATTERY ")

  4. Disconnect the crankshaft position sensor connector (A).
  5. Remove the mounting bolt (B), and then vertically remove the sensor from the transaxle housing.
