Repair Procedures: Removal

2015 Kia Sedona EXSECTION Removal
  1. Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the battery.

    (Refer to Engine Electrical System - "BATTERY ")

  3. Remove the air cleaner assembly and intake air hose.

    (Engine Mechanical System - "Air Cleaner")

  4. Disconnect the ECM connector (A)
  5. Remove the ECM bracket assembly (B) after loosening the mounting bolts and nuts.

  6. After removing the mounting nuts (A), remove the ECM from the bracket.
