Operating Procedure Description 1 Push the trunk outside handle. 2 Switch ON β Input switch signal to Rear Smart Junction Box (RSJB) module 3 RSJB sends opening signal to PTM via CAN. 4 PTM unit sends unlock output signal to power latch assembly. 5 PTM actuates the drive motor β Sector gear operation (rotate) β Push rod operation (open) 6 Trunk open - Closing flow
Operating Procedure Description 1 Push the trunk inner closing switch 2 PTM actuates the drive motor β Sector gear operation (rotate) β Push rod operation (closed) 3 Power latch 1st step signal input 4 Power latch cinching motor operation (rotate) 5 Power latch 2nd step signal input 6 Trunk closed
