2023 Jeep Compass LimitedSECTION Removal
  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the shifter bezel. Refer to BEZEL, SHIFTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Remove the wireless charging pad mat (1).

  4. Release the retaining tabs (2) and lift up on the rear of the wireless charging module bracket (1).
  5. Slide the bracket (1) toward the rear of the vehicle to release it from the front of the floor console.
  6. Disconnect the wire harness connector (3) from the wireless charging pad module.

  7. Remove the fasteners (1) from the wireless charging module (2) and remove it from the wireless charging module bracket (3).
