Sensor, EGR Temperature: Removal

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Remove the air cleaner hose assembly. Refer to 2.0L HOSE, CLEAN AIR, REMOVAL
or 2.4L HOSE, CLEAN AIR, REMOVAL

- Disconnect the EGR temperature sensor wire harness connector (1).
- Remove the EGR temperature sensor (2).
