Sensor, TMAP-Intake Manifold: Removal

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Remove the engine covers. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL .
- Remove OBD vent valve. Refer to SOLENOID, EVAPORATIVE EMISSIONS PURGE, REMOVAL

- Disconnect the Temperature/Manifold Air Pressure (TMAP) wire harness connector (1).
- Remove the screw (2) and remove the TMAP sensor (3) complete with O-ring.
