CYLINDER HEAD
M12 Bolts
Step 1: 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.)
Step 1: 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.)
Step 1: Turn 90° (turn 90°)
M8 Bolts
Step 1: 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
Step 1: 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.)
INTAKE MANIFOLD
Tighten in sequence from the middle bolts towards the outside in a crisscross pattern.
MAIN BEARING CAP
Main Bearing Cap Bolts M12
Tighten main bearing cap bolts to 13 Nm ( 10 ft. lbs.) in the sequence shown.
Tighten main bearing cap bolts to 27 Nm ( 20 ft. lbs.) in the sequence shown.
Rotate main cap bolts an additional 90° in the sequence shown.
Crossbolts M8 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
