Work Procedure (After Replacing FPCM)
- CHECK 'OPERATION LOG'
With CONSULT
Check Operation Log saved before replacing FPCM, according to the procedure of "Programming" in CONSULT Operation Information.
NOTE:- Log in to the network, according to the CONSULT screen.
- For the vehicle that the programming is to be performed, check if Operation Log of Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is in Saved Data List.
Is there an applicable Operation Log in the Saved Data List?
YES
GO TO 2.
NO
GO TO 3.
- PERFORM FPCM PROGRAMMING
Perform FPCM programming, according to "Programming" of CONSULT Operation Information. Refer to CONSULT Operation Information.
CAUTION: During programming, maintain the following conditions:- Ignition switch: ON
- Electric load: OFF
- Brake pedal: Not depressed
- Battery voltage: 12 - 13.5 V (Check the value displayed on the CONSULT screen.)

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
- • You smell fuel, burning insulation, or see smoke.
- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
- • The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.
- • You are missing required tools, torque specs, or safe lifting equipment.
- • You are not confident in the next step or safety outcome.
