Removal and Installation: Installation
Note the following, and install in the reverse order of removal.
- Check that damper coupling is correctly seated.CAUTION: If damage is replace damper coupling.
- Check that sealing ring is seated correctly.CAUTION: Never reuse sealing ring.
- Check that harness is not damaged when installing EPS control unit. Also, check that EPS control unit is installed without trapping harness of foreign materials.CAUTION:
- Never reuse EPS control unit mounting bolt.
- Observe routing of EPS control unit harness.
- Perform adjustment when replacement. Refer to Inspection and Adjustment .
