Repair procedures: Removal

2014 Hyundai Veloster RE:FLEXSECTION Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the driver airbag module.

    (Refer to the "DRIVER AIRBAG (DAB) MODULE AND CLOCK SPRING ")

  3. Remove the steering wheel.

    (Refer to the "STEERING COLUMN AND SHAFT ")

  4. Remove the steering wheel cover (A) after loosening 4 screws.

  5. Remove the steering wheel remote control switches connectors.

  6. Remove the wiring and loosen 5 screws.
  7. Remove the steering wheel remote control switch assembly (A).

  8. Remove the bluetooth switch and the trip switch (A) after loosening the screws.
