Repair Procedures: Removal

2014 Hyundai Azera BaseSECTION Removal
  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

    (Refer to "AIR CLEANER ")

  3. Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector (A).
  4. Remove the spring clip (B), and then pull the sensor from the water temperature control assembly.
    CAUTION:
    • Note that engine coolant may be flowed out from the water temperature control assembly when removing the sensor.
