2009 Honda CR-V EX, 2.4 RE3SECTION Voice Control Switch Test - ('07-09 models)
  1. Remove the voice control switch (see VOICE CONTROL SWITCH REPLACEMENT - ('07-09 MODELS)Β ).

  2. Measure the resistance between the terminals No. 2 and No. 4 in each switch position according to the table.

    No button pressed About 10 kΞ©
    Navigation TALK button About 2.2 kΞ©
    Navigation BACK button About 650 Ξ©
  3. If the resistance is not as specified, replace the voice control switch (see VOICE CONTROL SWITCH REPLACEMENT - ('07-09 MODELS)Β ).
  4. Use a diode tester between the terminals in each switch position according to the table.

  5. If the diode test is bad, replace the switch (see VOICE CONTROL SWITCH REPLACEMENT - ('07-09 MODELS)Β ).
