Transmission Installation

Special Tools Required

Engine hanger adapter VSB02C000015 *
Engine support hanger, A and Reds AAR-T1256 *
Front subframe adapter VSB02C000016 *

*: These special tools are available through the Honda Tool and Equipment Program 888-424-6857.

NOTE: Use fender covers to avoid damaging pained surfaces.

Clean the ATF cooler (see ATF COOLER CLEANING ).
Install the air cleaner housing mounting bracket (A).

Install the front mount (A).

Install the rear mount/bracket (A).
NOTE: The illustration shows the 4WD transmission; the 2WD transmission is similar.

When to See a Mechanic
