Modulator Unit: Notes
Modulator unit includes inlet solenoid valves, outlet solenoid valves, reservoir, pump, pump motor and damping chamber. Modulator reduces brake fluid pressure directly. Brake pressure control has 3 modes: pressure intensifying, pressure retaining and pressure reducing. There is also a pump motor operation mode.
