Fuel System Pressure Release
Loosen fuel tank cap to release fuel tank pressure. Remove cover from fuse/relay block, located in left front corner of engine compartment, behind battery. See Fig 1 . Remove fuel pump relay from fu se/relay block. Start and run engine until it stalls. Crank engine for about 3 more seconds to ensure residual fuel line pressure is released. Turn ignition off. Disconnect negative battery cable. Install fuel pump relay, cover, and tighten fuel tank filler cap.
