Air Valve

- Air valve is located in lower body of throttle body. Remove air valve cap on throttle body. With engine temperature at 140°F (60°C) or less, ensure air valve is open. See Fig 1 .
- Install air valve cap. Warm engine to normal operating temperature. Remove air valve cap and inspect air valve. Air valve should be closed. Replace air valve if defective.
