Air Valve

1991 Geo Tracker LSi, AutomaticSECTION Air Valve
  1. Air valve is located in lower body of throttle body. Remove air valve cap on throttle body. With engine temperature at 140°F (60°C) or less, ensure air valve is open. See Fig 1 .
  2. Install air valve cap. Warm engine to normal operating temperature. Remove air valve cap and inspect air valve. Air valve should be closed. Replace air valve if defective.
