Wiper/Washer Systems: Description
A 2-speed, permanent magnet type motor is used. It consists of field magnets, armature and drive gear enclosed within upper and lower housings. The washer pump is assembled on the outside surface of the upper half of the housing, and is an integral part of the wiper motor assembly. Wiper motor is protected by an automatic reset circuit breaker. Vehicle wiring is protected by a fuse in the fuse block.
