2007 Ford Expedition 4WDFACTORY OEM SERVICE PROCEDURE

Pump Assembly: Assembly

NOTE: Prior to installation, lightly lubricate the pump gears with clean automatic transmission fluid.

Install the pump gears with the dot facing the pump plate assembly.

Install a new pump body outer seal.

Assemble the plate assembly and the pump body assembly.
- Tighten to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft).
