Component Testing Procedure

MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH, LAMP PORTION - COMPONENT TESTING

Circuit to test Connect self-powered test light or ohmmeter to terminals Move switch to these positions A good switch will indicate
High Beam/Flash-to-Pass  9 and 8 High beams 60ohm
Neutral Open circuit
Flash-to-pass 15ohm
Hazard  7 and 8 Turn signal switch in neutral, Hazard On Closed circuit
Turn signal switch in neutral, Hazard Off Open circuit
Turn signals  7 and 8 Left turn 182ohm
Neutral Open circuit
Right turn 60ohm
