Master Switch

- Turn ignition on. Check 30-amp POWER WINDOW fuse and replace as necessary. Remove master window switch from door, leaving wiring connected. Backprobe master switch connector for battery voltage at Black/White wire (switch power). See Fig 1 . If battery voltage is present, go to next step. If battery voltage is not present, repair Black/White wire.
- Backprobe master window switch connector at wire color specified while operating switch. If battery voltage is not present at specified terminal and switch position, replace switch. See MASTER SWITCH TESTINGΒ table.
