2023 Dodge and Ram Challenger SXT, 4WDSECTION Installation
- Clean any debris off the mating surfaces of the Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) and Antilock Brake System (ABS) module.NOTE:
Do not lubricate the ABS module seal.
- A new seal (1) must be installed to properly seal the ABS module (2); DO NOT REUSE ANY ABS MODULE SEALS
.
- Align and install the ABS module (1) to the HCU (2).
- Install and securely tighten the ABS module to HCU mounting fasteners (3).
- Connect the Antilock Brake System (ABS) module wire harness connector (5).
- Install the washer fluid reservoir. Refer to RESERVOIR, WINDSHIELD WASHER, INSTALLATION .
- Install the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, INSTALLATION .
