Trouble Shooting
When trouble shooting problems with Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) system, ensure power door lock system is operating properly. If doors do not lock/unlock with power switches, check lock/unlock switches, lock/unlock relay and lock/unlock motors. See POWER DOOR LOCKS & TRUNK RELEASE - CONCORDE, INTREPID, LHS & 300M article. If power door lock system is okay, check Power Distribution Center (PDC) fuse "G" (40-amp). Check junction block fuse No. 13 (10-amp). Check batteries in transmitter(s). When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:

- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
- • The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.
- • You are missing required tools, torque specs, or safe lifting equipment.
